Yes. It's Bullet Tape and has a metal weave. Other automotive uses include holding superchargers down on dragsters. It's very effective.

Next year I might go to the Rubicon. Is there any product that's good to seal up my little trail baggies?

Why, you're not going to run it.

For those that do run it, the 1" wide tape is perfect for sealing the baggies.
