Default Front Plastic Lower Bumper

Is the the lower section of the bumber (where the standard fog lights are) easy to replace? I hit a flying piece of tire a while back and it left a nice scuff mark and broke something on the back side of it.

Does anyone have a part # and the cost?

As always, thanks for the help!

Craig

Mine was damaged and replaced due to a parking lot accident. The dealership told me that it was an easy bolt off, bolt on replacement. Judging by the minimal time charged for labor, it can not be that difficult of a job.
