Is anyone else FORBIDDEN?

Lately when I try to access the forum I occasionally get the following message, anyone else?

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forums/showthread.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.34 Server at www.elcovaforums.com Port 80"

Got it again...it seems to come and go...
...oh, well, it eventually lets me in.
