Default bumper plug?

on my 06 h2 i have a plug that has been on since i bought it. it a flip up cover and looks to be a block heater? or where the vehicle was set up to be towed with an rv? anyone know anything about it

An engine block heater is going to have the male end of a 3-prong 120 AC volt plug on it. Your flip-up cover looks like something for 12 volts.

thats what ive been thinking..... all our big diesels have the male plugs. idk what this is for

edit: its not a cig plug, its got little prongs in it, like it could be for towing.

maybe wired for a warn that hook into the reciever?
