Oh man, I've been through a couple of those with the pens in the past. Pens vs caps is 5th longest. At least it was early in the playoffs, after one of those both teams are junk for a game or two, at least when its mid playoffs.
Congrats on the win. Gotta love playoff hockey.

They played like crap in the 3rd period. They only got 2 shots all period and gave up 2 goals. At least they got lucky and were able to score a great goal for the win. Now I am worried about Cheechoo.

I watched part of the Van/Dal game. Good game, but I wound up hitting the gym before it was over. 4 OTs is a long ass game.

Umm, I hate to admit it, but I was flipping around the channels before bed and guess what I came across? Yep, that damn game. And what's worse is that I watched the whole freaking thing! I mean the whole freaking last 5 periods! CRAP!!!

I couldn't turn the channel to save my life, I swear. Sheez.

Damn, what time did that thing end anyway?

I don't even like hockey! I don't even know who was playing!

Me = by DAJC.

Ah hemmm....... Flames 0 Red Wings 4 midway.

Eventhought it's not Kip's fault, they should pull him.

Looks like the Devils are on track. 3 -1

I beg to differ! He's our top scorer and without him the thornton line will be lost.

The win was great but I'm worried about cheech.

Sharks are being tight lipped about his condition. Sucks! I hope the NHL fines the turd who hit him.

We'll have to see what happens to the Thornton line. The biggest threat from the Sharks is that they have 2 scoring lines. So the question for the opposing team is which line do you play your top 2 defensmen against? If the Thornton line isn't scoring, then the Marleau line will be under the gun.

I read in the paper that the guy also elbowed him in the jaw and knocked a tooth out at the same time he hit his knee. Yeah, that asshat should be fined and suspended for that one.

Always in times when your top man gets hurt you will get guys to step up their play and step up to the plate. Always the case but not necessarily a guarantee for a win. I think the Sharks will be if not the same, be more dangerous in Game 2.

Thorton is a vet with experience. He'll have to take the reigns.

Forget the fine or suspension. Look for some cold hearted payback in Game 2 if the Cheech man doesn't suit up.

When they say he's day to day, it usually means bad.

Yeah it'd be nice if the Pens had a goalie with his nerves and playoff experience. Fluery looked like a spaz in the 1st period.
