Passenger side rear pannel removal????

Does anyone know how to remove passenger side rear panel? I want to install a 10 disc MP3 CD player in the storage compartment in passenger side rear panel. Also removal instruction for center console would be nice.

10 disc MP3 player, that might be enough music to last the life of the car. I can drive from MI through IN to Louisville on one disc.

Need some information. First, send me your email address via the PM, and I'll forward the instructions from removing the panel in the back. Right and left side remove the same, only difference is on some models the left side has a speaker inside.

As for the console. Do you mean the entire console (with the bin) or the console that goes around the shifter; known as the upper console?

The upper console is easy to remove.
Open the console cover door. Look and you will see where the front (upper) console overlaps the console with the door open. Grab hold and lift up quickly releasing the clips, then work you way forward it is held in place with retainer clips.
For a manual, with the front (upper) console up, you will see a screw on the driver's side, remove the screw and remove the shifter knob and console.
For an automatic, place the shifter in neutral, remove the shift handle screw on the front of the shift handle, remove shift handle, remove console.

Shift bezel comes out with the upper console.
