BUBBLES?
A young tourist visiting a foreign country with extreme littering laws gets busted by the the local police and is thrown in jail. Upon appearing in Court the judge offers him two choices. Serve 1 year in prison or go out in the public square fountain and blow bubbles. The tourist immediately responds without thinking, "i'll take the bubbles". Soon enough they are on there way to the town square and upon arriving the tourist notices a big hairy 300 pound 6' tall man also assembled the fountain. The guard quickly opens the patty wagon door and helps the tourist out. As the guard struggles to assemble the public around the fountain the tourist asks the big guy "Hey my names Pete, I guess you didnt want to do some jail time and decided on blowing bubbles also?" the big man responds "My name is Bubbles......."
