I think you have a lot of things covered already but I really wouldn't be concerned about EVERYTHING being fixed yet...the more you drive/use the vehicle, the more things will wear out or break. You have to expect to repair and replace things over the life of the vehicle if you drive it enough. Overall, I think the H2 is a great vehicle with low maintenance and if you have an extended warranty then that's even better. My H2 is not a daily driver so I don't have to worry about repairs as much.

The reason I posted the repair list is because these items seem to be common problems with the H2 and it looks like I am pretty well caught up. If there are any other "common" problems I'd like to know about them so maybe I can correct them before I get stranded on the road someplace.
I LOVE this truck and after being a Chevy Suburban man most of my life this H2 will be the last vehicle I will ever purchase.

When you did the pitman and idler arms did you get the cognito brace for it??? Otherwise you will be doing it again. Just did my tie rods and pitman/idler arm myself. Waiting on my brace kit.

It was done under warranty...so I'm not sure about the brace. They didn't give me an itemized repair bill for any of their warranty repairs...just told me what they did. But the mechanics ( a GM Chevy dealer where I bought it...not a Hummer dealer) seemed to know what they were doing and actually replaced a few things that I didn't even know were going bad...such as the water pump, the broken manifold bolts and a bunch of fasteners that were missing or loose in various places.

Yeah with more and more dealerships closing the chevy dealers have been doing most of the maintenance on H2's. Sounds like you were taken care of pretty good. The brace I am talking about just prevents faster wearing of the pitman/idler arms.

I am having my pitman and idler arms done tomorrow. Also going to have them take out my airbag suspension and replace it with coils. My truck is a 2003 with 75 thousand miles. I am about ready to trade it in.

Now my unlock button doesn't work on my key fob.

Key fob should be easy and dealer will charge an arm and a leg for a new one. The conductive coating is probably worn off...it was on mine. Carefully pop it open and on the back of the rubber pad you will see dark areas which make contact with the circuit board. I got a small tube of powdered graphite and coated the contact areas on the pad. Don't overdo it....just a thin coating. You can also rub the side of a pencil lead on there, but it won't last as long.
This also works great on older TV remotes that have "dead" buttons
