Default Invision Industries Rev 2 DVD System

I have an 2006 H3 and purchased it brand new and had the dealer install this DVD System in the headrests and remote starteer. I just tried to use the dvd system for the first time cause now my son is facing foward and the picture quality is not good, there is lines across the screen and sometimes you can only see half the picture, and the color is dark. Since my H3 is out of warranty i removed the headrests and checked the connections i found that the connections were loose. I replugged in all the connections and now the picture looks better but if i put a dvd in the drivers side head rest (Channel A) and change the source on Passenger Headrest (Channel B) to Channel A then the picture on both screens are dimmed. Like it needs the brightness adjusted. If i put the dvd in Channel B and change the source on channel A to B then the picture quality is better not dimmed. Anyone know what might be causing this? Also note that in 2007 i tried out the dvd players just to see how it looked and they were not working so hummer said that they replaced a wire and the modulator or main unit in the center console. Im wondering if this unit is going bad again.
