Default Help with side seat removal

Just wanted to know how to remove the black plastic piece that is on the side of the driver's seat of the H3T. This is the piece where the lumbar and heat switches are.
I noticed that there is one philips head screw on the bottom middle near the rug (impossible to get to), and wanted to know where the other screws are that hold it on? My leather seat is unsnapped so it is pulling up and I need to fix it.

The seats are really easy to remove.
Just 4 bolts and all easy to get to.
Be sure to disconnet the battery and don't forget
to unplug the wire harnes to the seat.
As a bonus, you'll find all the loose coins and french fries that fell between the center console and the seat.

Ok thanx....it's sounds easier to remove the seat and do the repair that way....
