Need to transfer all of my Outlook Stuff, old emails, contacts...ect...to a new computer. I have an external HD I can plug in. Any idea how to save it. Is it the export function?

In outlook you need to export:

1) all your folders (this can be done as a group, do as a .pst file)
2) The contact list (highlight, drag, and drop)
3) Your rules (from rules wizard)

I just copy the .PST files directly to my new computer. Then I just open them up and reference them in the new computer's Outlook setup.
