Default "Reduced Engine Power" O/S lights w P0120, P0220, P1516, P1518 obdii codes

Got an 03 H2 w 150km which I've had for 5+ years. Started the truck this morning in -24C (like I have regularly for a while now - Calgary weather) and instantly I could hear the engine not sounding right and then got a error display saying "reduced engine power" and the check engine light came on. I stepped on the throttle and got no response what-so-ever; truck was idling at 1000rpm but again the gas pedal did nothing. Turned it off and tried again - same thing. This time I let it run for about a minute but thought I could be damaging something so I turned it off for about 10 minutes. I then tried once more and truck was back to normal?? I checked for codes and found P0120, P0220, P1516 and P1518. I erased them and drove to work - the codes did not return. Looking the codes up on google they all relate to the throttle switch, assembly, motor, etc.

Should I be concerned? Could it be that the cold frooze something and running it for the minute warned it up? Or is it a sign that I'm up for a major repair in the near future? Thanks

Ive had this happen several times to a couple of my different h2 limos. Also happened to my escalade (same engine pretty much)
