Does anyone know what these letters/logo on an H2 mean?

I have an H3 but we're thinking about getting an '07 H2, too. I was at the dealer yesterday and saw a 2005 on the lot in pristine condition with only 34,000 miles. I did NOT get to take a pic, but could go by over the weekend to get one with the cellphone if it'll make a difference. On the driver and passenger doors, where the H2 logo is shown on the bottom left of the door .. there are four different characters. The H2 is not there, but instead are what to look SOMETHING like 2 upside down question marks (with a sort of flared accent mark off the second character and no separate dot on the question mark figures) .. and the 3rd/4th characters are like 2 slanted l's. Imagine these upside down ... ??// I didn't get to talk to a salesperson as the dealer was already closed. Could this H2 have been shipped overseas and the letters on the doors changed.. then it came back here? It almost seemed arabic. Or, was this just a mod? If you know, don't laugh .. I seriously don't know and am curious what it means.

That seems werid.....perhaps it's has something to do with "dub" rims or??

did it have 22" rims? sounds like they were the dub numbers for 22's.

I would bet the truck has 22in rims(or did before it was traded in) and the emblem is this:



Personally, i think if you have to change the emblem you should go with something like this:

Boss Hoss and hummer74, you are ABSOLUTELY right! Wow, my visual memory must have lapsed .. I remember it as upside down question marks! ROFLOL! Thanks! It did have 22 inch rims ... I never even thought about that emblem being related to the rims!! Thanks guys.

Thanks for this link. I saw an H2 yesterday on the freeway with the 'Strut" Dakar primary grille. It was awesome to see, but not for me. I like the trademark Hummer grill. The insignia on the other H2 I saw at the dealer was definitely the dub 22 inch rim logo. And yessssss, they took the 22inch rims with them when they left the H2. LOL.
