Onstar?
Just curious if anyone has kept their subscription after the free period?
Not something that I would think Hummer owners really feel like something worth having on their vehicle.

Re: Onstar?
Also stolen vehicle tracking via GPS is included. I am a Paramedic and have been dispatched to car wrecks by Onstar calling 911 due to air bag deployment. They gave the location of the vehicle. I am keeping mine active.

Re: Onstar?
I renewed mine ,phone comes in handy and if needed they tow you to the nearest hummer dealer, not just a local tow.
Also you get a discount for the Gps tracking if stolen.
Lots a reasons to keep it.

Re: Onstar?
I ditched mine. Tracking if stolen would be nice, same as calling in an accident, but just couldn't justify the $$. I figure, if the truck gets stolen, I call Onstar and re-activate my account and have them track the truck (I keep my onstar card in my wallet). I've never locked my keys in my car, so that's not an issue. If I give the H3 to my fiance and buy a Wranger, I'll get her onstar for piece of mind for her, but really I guess I never thought it was really worth the $$

Yeah, we were off the grid Hummer Like Nothing Else
We knew where we were, Moab was right below us, we just had to get there
p.s. I will keep Onstar after the free time, like the phone feature and they can tell you when you have an engine misfire

Yep, I could have almost threw a stone to Moab.
A baseball and bat and the ball would have been in town

Re: Onstar?
Renewal $161 and 100 minutes $16.75 (existing minutes were rolled over).
Came in handy once when check engine lite came on - I hadn't tighten the gas cap enough.
Have a place in central Idaho and kinda reasurring while traveling the 1600 miles.
