Default Wheel/tire opinion

Any opinions on these on MY H3. I am going to go with 18x9's with Toyo M/T's 33x12.5. From what I am reading that is the biggest I can go without and mod's or tire rubbing. They are a +18 offset(not sure if this is good or not though) I would like 35's but the consensus says they won't fit without rubbing.

is it the wheel offset that causes rubbing ??

cuz these dont rub on stock wheels they are a 315 you might try a 305 with that wheel
