Yes, it is still available, and I can give you one if you have already cleared it with the dealer that they will accept a GMID.
Just send me a PM with your email address, date of birth, and last four of your social security number. If the system is up and running today, I can get you a number today, if not, tomorrow when I get to the office I can get one for you. (System is some times shut down on Sunday for upgrades, and whatever computer people do to the system to keep it running

System was up, so I obtained the number today. Your wife should have the number from the GM site, and I also copied the certificate into a word document and sent it, just in case the EDS run GM site is not working correctly.
