Default electrical issue

Interior lights won't come on when doors open or with switch to turn them all on, only way to activate them is with each individual button next to light, also only door light that comes on is passenger front door, no reverse lights either, have checked all fuses, and everything looks good. Is there a relay that I may need to replace?
It's a 2003 with 200,000 miles on her and she has been a good truck from day one. Any help would be great
Thanks in advance.

Camou2 is on a distinguished road

Oh, electrical gremlins! It could be a bad ground but first I would check out the BCM (body control module) which controls all the lighting. It's located in the passenger side kick panel. Maybe some water is dripping in and some contacts on the BCM are corroded. Or the BCM has just crapped out!
