I'd check with the dealer to see if they have any OEM tires they have taken off during an updgrade.
Look for specials on some kind of All Terrain tires that will get you thru till trade in time.

This is the first time I've ever had to replace tires on a leased vehicle. Am I wrong in thinking that there's no way I should have to replace tires so soon?
