I don't but I used to drive ambulances and transport vans for patients of various ages and abilities. Judging from my experience in getting patients in and out of a traditional van-style vehicle, knowing the height of the H3, and how my typically able bodied relatives and their small children have experienced the height (ADV package), I don't think a wheelchair bound individual would find the experience pleasant. This is of course unless the H3 is modified to accomodate such a scenario.
