woke up this morning to light snow, cold temps and the best wake up call ever. "good morning #$%^, your new hummer has arrived and is ready for pickup" sold the jeep, picked up the hummer. slate blue, loaded, no brushguard, no chrome. all i can say is wow!! i've read every thread on this site for the past three months with great interest, but nothing compares to that first drive. an hour and a half of work left then i'm going driving all night. permagrin going all day. when i figure out how to post pics on here, i will.(somewhat computer illiterate, sorry) again, wow!!

Congrats on the new hummer. I thought I would respond. I moved to the US from Edmonton back in '79.
Wish it would snow here...

mark, i went to school in dallas. when i was there, i wished for snow. now that i'm back in alberta, i wish for more heat in the summer. some times you just can't have it all.... unless, of course, you own a hummer!
