Default OEM Up tops adjustment

I heard that one can adjust the height of the beam on the OEM up tops. How would I go about doing this?

You were supposed to get a tiny little flat wrench that will slide into the sides and turn the nut.

OEM off road lights that attach to the roof of my truck. I'm sorry. I guess I should have specified. You see at their present angle of projection they cause a reflection onto my windshield that makes them rather antiproductive. I had heard that one can adjust them up and down. Does anyone know how to do that?

don't matter how they're adjusted they still shine on the windshield.

I've posted here before how worthless they are.

Only thing to do is make some kind of glare shield to keep the light from shinning down, others have suggested it before.

sorry tower. they're not on crossbars. They're actually on the roof. You see the crossbar lights are made by plus1 or Delta. Mine are the Factory ones.

Can you fabricate or buy some Shovel, yes Round Nose Shovel heads like on a shovel, but sized for your needs, custom fab or something stock from the landscape supply and remove the handles and weld some tabs and paint and mount them on your system?

Not sure what the stock configuration looks like.

In the early 90s one of my racks came with this kind of mod.

Have you tried a piece of Limo 5% Window tint strip at the top of your windshield?
You can also use a piece of Vinyl UV type vinyl in Black and Black out a Sun Shield at the top of your windshield
We do this on our Race Cars? The Vinyl I speak of is used in Truck and boat lettering, signs etc...

The lights on your roof are dealer installed and they might have an idea how to adjust or a solution to your glare problem
