Default H2 A/C Blower Motor

A/C is stuck on Defrost mode. Initially was having other issues, but disconnected battery and now the A/C will not change modes. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix? The display shows the modes changing from face to face/floor to Defrost, but the air is only blowing from the vents near windshield. Help!

Gotta have it scanned with a tech2 to see what the codes are in the hvac control head. My guess is the actuator, but it could also be a bad wire connection somewhere.

scanned it and downloaded the current software but didnt fix the problem, they said it was the cheaper actuator, ordered it for $81 the stealership said they would put it in and reprogram it for $331....cost me $69 today to tell me this......I figure buy the part ($81) put it in myself, another ($69) reprogram it and I'm only out $220 which includes todays diagnosis....if I go the other route its $400. Does any one agree?
