Back Up Camera Focus

I have a 2008 H2 with the back up camera that uses the screen on the navigation. The camera has gone out of focus. I have cleaned of the bubble on the back bumper and tried adjusting the contrast. Nothing has worked. Has any one else had this problem and what did you do to fix it?
