That's a good question that I was wondering about myself, since I'll likely get aftermarket wheels and will need to cover the factory wheel on the back.

SMA one of the best GM authorized accessories dealer will offer a soft cover you will probally see added by dealers. Hard covers will come soon Im sure with a color match. Some of these guys have already had H3's to work on and will just blow out the stuff soon.

A tire cover is not available from the factory, at least yet.

SMA has just released an initial drawing of their expected H3 Tire Cover. Obviously it is not available for sale just yet (see photo below - not too exciting, but it is something)
