Put window haf-way down. Remove inside door trim panel; 3 screws, window switches, a bunch of fasteners along the bottom. (Screws are behind the little plastic piece on the inside door pull handle and the little round plastic piece behind the door handle.) Pry up the window switches from the back, disconnect the connectors, grab the bottom of the trim panel and pull it off the metal door. THEN, disconnec the two cables to the door handle, and the electrical connector for the mirror switch.
You then have to remove the glass, real pain in the arse. Then you have access to the outside door handle.
For just a mirror replacment, all you have to do is lower the window all the way, then remove door trim panel, and remove the four nuts holding the mirror to the door panel.

Hmmmm....back so soon? What happened to:

"You know what? I really hope i bump into you somewhere along the trails. As for the people who had answers thank you. Im moving to another forum because this is ridiculous. Too many immature F*cks trying to be funny but its not working. One minute you accuse me of having a mullet next minute you accuse me of being that Alec douche. Get a f*cuking life and stop playing detective. You sound like a bunch of damn preschoolers. Whew im done goodbye"

Apparently not much good info on other forums so you come back here?

Just a friendly suggestion (seriously), try playing nice, not insulting others, and not posting topics with inflammatory titles. You might actually be able to get along.

Props to f5fstop for being nice and answering your question. It might be a good idea to say thank you.

seriously, just LEAVE ME ALONE!!! If you read it closely i said gracias so that just incase i dont come back theyll get the message. Once again your off topic and trying to start another fight on the internet. Just go somewhere else with that. This is my last post on here but a guy needed help with removing the handles so i told him i would create a post. The only people "im not getting along with" are the same people who fight with everyone else on the board and start immature e-wars. Honestly I dont want to get along with you or them. Have fun kid and stay the F away from me. If you dont want to play nice save it for the trails, because id love to have a word with you there not on the internet kid. Bye
