The top half of the doors would have to come off.

Sorry, the H3 wasn't meant to be chopped. With the top down, those thick squared-off window frames stick out like a sore thumb.

But I would like to see a 2nd moonroof or a retractable system like the new Liberty ... now that would be cool.

As for the convertible FJ, its subtle window frame and curved rear window actually complement the convertible look. If only it didn't suck in so many other ways ...

Maybe a removable hardtop like the old Terra Scout. That would be cool. Maybe as a second vehicle or if I could afford it just for wheelin. I dont think its that bad lookin.

With the top cut off, I can see what a regular H3 SUT would look like.

If that had a solid roof and covered bed like the H2 SUT, that would be cool. Especially with 35's.

I'm not a fan of the longer pickup bed on the soon to be H3 SUT, although I'm sure it would be more functional for carrying just about anything.

I can't imagine that convertible truck off road at all. The review mentioned how stable it was over speed bumps. I doubt it would feel stable twisting up and over rocks and through trails.

I would prefer the roll-top moon roof that they had at the auto show this year, it rolled passed the second row, ,,,

I prefer the well-executed factory option/sunroof. Works great, no rattles, no leaks, no flex, plenty big.

For $19k more, get yourself a low-end wrangler unlimited X and keep your current H3 - you get the best of both worlds!
