Mounting 05 GPS Antenna in 03 H2

I recieved my 05 GPS antenna and it looks like it mounts under the front dash pad somewhere but I am not sure where. Does it need to be exposed to the sky through the windshield?

Klaus or anyone know exactly where it goes?
This is part of the 05 TNR upgrade in my 03.

Great thanks. I had already put the radio in the Hummer but the GPS antenna just now came in.

Man that is a lot of dash to take apart. This may take a little longer than just putting the radio in. :-)
