Had a H2 for a year and decided I needed a H1. I've had it a week and went off-roading this past weekend. It was awesome! I love my H2 and will continue to drive it daily and save the H1 for off-roading or special occasions. It's a 2001 and I know, the first thing it needs is better tires!

L-
the truck looks great and what a great area to learn the ropes of the H1. I just think that you need a bigger splash next time. You do not creep into the dismal river, you jump into it. I look forward to the next event out there. Goodbye from South Bend

I'm sooooo jealous! Wish I was there. Take lots of notes/pictures so you can share with us everything you are learning.

Brent cut is CTIS line when he got hung up on a tree--all 4 tires went flat. Dave had to air him back up. Hope you are able to go with us next time so I can follow you around!

I notice you don't have a snorkel.

At least get or make a short one, so that you don't end up with a hydrolocked engine when the Bow Wave comes over your hood and right into the intake.

A really nice one can be made with 4" PVC and a rubber coupler found at home depot or Lowe's

To see the benefits of having a snorkel, check out me at Cochiti lake in NM.

Enjoy!
