I have a after market Sunroof, it is a Webastohollandia Stratos 700 Sunroof.

Does anyone know of what kind of Lube I can use on it.

The problem I had with it is, the Sunroof got stuck open on me while I was doing a Snow Run and I could not get the Sunroof to Close. And yes it was Snowing on me. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

I reprograme the Sunroof, and it now works, and I just need to Lube or Grease it.

And yes I am to cheep to take it to the Dealership to have it Lube. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif I am afraid to see what it would cost to have it done at the Dealership.

Atleast the sunroof works. Mine started making vibrating sounds not too long after I purchased the vehicle. Some day, when I get the courage up to pull the headliner, i'll fix it... http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Silicone should be avialable at a large home improvement store, or garage door retailer.

Thanks for the Information.

I did the Silicone, and the Sunroof works much better now.

It is a Webastohollandia Stratos 700 Sunroof. Scottsdale Hummer did the install on it, it was in the cost of the Hummer, I not sure of the price of it.

I used silicon lube on mine.

Google for it but you’ll have to sort through some of the other links for lube http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Yup good stuff.

Some dealership can do it there, and then some dealership will send it out to be done. You may want to check with your dealership, to see if they can do it for you.
