Thinking about getting the Corsa Sport Exhaust however I like the way the tail pipe is now on the H-2 (you don't see it). It says it comes with tips for off road clearance. Does anyone know if you can see these tips once they are put on. Any help would be greatly appreciaated. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

There are 3 tips
1. Double 4.0
2. Single

Both are visible out the back

3. Off Road (just like stock)

I have the corsa sport double 4.0 it is loud when you get on it.

If you dont get the Corsa Offroad Sport exhaust, which is cheaper by the way, you'll be giving up a little bit of clearance. The offroad tip that comes with the Corsa Sport does not quite match the factory clearance. Hope this makes sense... There are 2 variations of both the "sport" and "touring" exhaust systems. One offers the different tips, including an offroad tip, and the "Offroad" variation matches the factory specs. Corsa's part number for the "Offroad Sport" exhaust is 14214. This link should help you figure it out.

HummerLV,

I'm considering the Corsa Sport. Do you notice any difference in gas mileage or power?

power-yes
slight increase in mileage, but it is still new, and my foot is still heavy to listen to the great tunes it puts out, worth it in my opinion.
try it you'll like it.

I have had the Corsa Sport off-road exhaust on my H2 for almost a year and love it. It definitely can get loud when you stomp on it, especially in tunnels or under overpasses. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Like everyone said, the offroad version is cheaper and looks just like stock. Very easy install too.

Has anyone noticed increased horsepower and better fuel economy?

I did notice a slight benefit in economy, but I really had to make an effort to drive the same way as before the exhaust change. I don't believe the benefit in economy could justify the price of the exhaust based on that alone. Now that I did my test to see if my economy did change, all of that went out the window. The response improvement and sound change make it VERY hard to drive conservatively. I don't know how much power (torque and/or hp) was added, but it was noticable.

About a week after my install of the exhaust, I added headers and with the two together I was very pleased. The headers did change the sport exhaust's sound to one that was slightly deeper.
