I can't find the thread, but I thought I saw one where some guys from Socal were going to San Felipe for the weekend. It might have been on the Socal HOG site.
You guys are really into horse back, have you been to Kennedy Meadows, there are some decent wheeling trails, but a lot of the area is wilderness and you cannot take wheeled vehicles back there, even so, we got about 10 miles from the next person
