Newbie here, I like to say this is a great site and already learned alot about our H2's.
I know Klaus has a write up somewhere but i cant find it for the GM XM radio kit install, which i have purchased. Can someone point me to the right direction?

Got any pics of this install? I'd be real interested in seeing this. Do you have a Nav system? I'm installing the TNR Nav system and XM this weekend but the Nav antenna goes under the dash and wondering if this would be a signal conflict.

yes i do have the nav system.the xm antenna is just to the right of the center of dash it covers a half an inch of the defroster outlet this is where i routed the antenna lead down into the radio cavity.i used 3m velcro to hold it to the dash and cut 3 of the defroster slats out so there was no need to drill holes. i'll try to take a couple of pictures but it's dark when i get home and it's also 18 degrees out.

Hey guys just wanted to let you know I have installed the GM kit and it is working great. The only problem is Im trying to fimd another XM antena, I did not want to drill into the roof.
But as you know its the holidays here and places are closing fast for the holidays.
I would like to get a magnetic antenna any uggestions where I can find one?

any aftermarket radio installer might have a magnetic one. but there could be an issue on the plug for the receiver.

I'm half way through my upgrade...TNR Nav/XM and cd changer. I have the sunroof and didn't want to drill through roof (if I could find a place to drill) so I bought the Terk XMicro. It's no bigger than a half dollar and I've routed it to the center of the dash. I gluing a small sqaure of metal to the underneath of the dash for magnetics. It should be real neat. There is a connector issue. The factory connection has two splines/grooves and the terk only has one. Just shave the extra one off with razor knive. It fits like a glove!
