FYI - if you have never been to a Hummer Club, Inc. event, this is a great one for any type of Hummer owner to attend for the first time !!!

If you are an off-roader, we have off-road trails here for you with some very cool optional obstacles like: The Widow Maker's Knob (50 degree inclined-climbing turn), the Phantom V 40 degree super side ditch - which just swallowed a Land Rover last weekend ... I'll tell you about it in Oct., Dugan's Down Under mud-dunk, Bear Cub Basin (40 drgree side-slope), Ranger's Ravine, Geronimo's Fury (only if you have a winch on your rig), Little Boulder Bunker - rock bed, The Pole Cat Swamp (1st, 2nd, 3rd prize for muddiest Hummer), Crazy Frank's Climb etc. etc.

If you love your Hummer and keep it strictly on pavement and concrete, this event is for you, too !!! We will have a designated area set aside for you to park your rig for both days. While the off-roaders are out on the trails you can jump on the Penn's Cave tours, http://www.pennscave.com , -or- there is plenty to do in the area (see http://www.statecollege.com for area information) You can then catch back up with the group in the evening at the outdoor dinner and bonfire etc.

On Sunday morning there will be a semi off-road
(dirt roads) sight seeing convoy heading out for a couple of hours. This will be a very nice Sunday morning ride ! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
Also on Sunday morning, if you so desire, you will be able to go back out on the Penn's Cave trails instead of the sight seeing convoy.

NOTE: If you are an off-roader who is thinking about coming across country for this event, you might want to plan on taking some extra time off for travel. Head on over to Paragon, too, while you are on the East Coast/Northeast !!

Hope to see many of you in October for the Hummer Club's "Howling Wolf" Mountain Run @ Penn's Cave, PA !!! No matter what type of Hummer owner you are, from strictly pavement/concrete to climbing boulders or wading through mud way above your rockers - We all have something in common: The HUMMER 1,2, & 3 !!! The greatest trucks on earth !!! So ,, register now and share in some really fun HUMMER camaraderie !!!
