I did not get the grill mounted off road lights with my H2. I want to get some, but not the factory and/or dealer installed ones. Does someone make a bracket for the aftermarket lights that can be bolted to the holes in the stock brush gaurd?

I will be drilling a 7/16" hole in the existing square spot on the brush guard, and mounting there. That way I don't end up with a "UMME"

I am also having a friend look at making a box that replaces the trapezodial plastic wingy things and mount lights there as well.

I have mounted rectangular lights to my roof-rack base...the lights extend up 2 1/2" above the roof rack, so the lights are able to clear the garage opening.

Yeah , I was at my dealer the other day and asked him when they decided to sell the swedish knock-offs. He said what do you mean I told him he was trying to pass an "UMME" off as the new H2. He had a good laugh.

I'm planning on mounting my extra lights UNDER the bar, where the two plastic squares are outboard the lower grill. I notice that there are two plugs on the plastic molding above the bumper -I haven't pulled them yet to see what they're for. I am tempted to replace all the plastic, including those flimsy winglets above the tires, with a steel or aluminum piece.

That would allow me to replace the driving lights with larger ones, and use any style size I choose. Has anyone else considered this?

The plastic plugs cover up bolts that hold the lower bumer on. No good for mounting anything.

Also, you can't hang anything down from the brush guard, unless you remove the lights everytime you open the hood.
