I just instaleld a Fabtech 6" lift on my H2, need clarification on a problem: Im experiencing a thumb noise when i turn either direction. A sliding noise then a thumb, and accordingly, the rear end feels way too loose. Any ideas anyone ?

I had the same issue on mine. When I took the bodies out of the cargo area, it stopped.

Gotcha... good one, but the bodies in my H2 are tightly wrapped and tied down ! took a while but finally got there.

Usually when I hear a "thumb" noise, it is from a passing vehicle and is preceded by someone yelling "HEY!" then giving me the thumb. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Seriously though, I would check the panhard rod that connects the rear end to the frame. Check it for loosness and look closely at the bushings for damage.

A loose rear end is sometimes indeed the panhard bar.

This bar keeps the rearend stable from side to side.

Reach under and see if there is any play.

A loose rear end is something I am used to.

My bar moves in the rearend from side to side.

A reach around is also necessary if there is any play. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>FIXED
