Did it get him? You would think if it got him in the head he wouldn't be moving. Hope that guy is okay. I wonder if she'll even lose her job over that.

I think is missed him...but I have no idea. It looks like he probably got nailed with road, and a parts of the bullet.

He certainly wouldn't have deserved to get shot that way if at all, but don't forget, he is getting arrested at gun point for a reason.

She didn't. That happened quite a few years ago. She's still on the job in the SW command.
