Just got my winch from Tracey at http://www.easttexastruckequipment.com/ aqnd will be installing it tomorrow at the firehouse. (your tax dollars at work)
will post pics when im done.

Well i finished the install of the winch and bumper.
Looks great.
When i get a chance i will take some pics

Paragon did a nice job documenting his install with pics. very helpfull.
The insrtuctions that come with the winch are easy to follow. The funny thing is it doesn't tell you till the end that some of the hardware will not be used. So naturally during the install I was racking my brain thinking I missed a bolt here or there. Should have read the instructions all they way through.

i removed the skid plate and cleaned it up and rattle caned it with duplicolor truck bed paint it has a nice texture that matches all the other texture that comes stock like the brush guard etc

will probably rattle can the new bumper as well as the back bumper. still up in the air about that though
