I CHEATED AND USED BOTH HANDS ON LEVEL 3 , AND STILL COULD NOT MAKE IT TO LEVEL 4 . IF ANYBODY MAKES IT TO 4 LET ME KNOW. I WANT YOU TO DO MY NEXT BRAIN OPERATION . I NEED ONE !

I noticed if you turn up the volume a little you can hear a very slight high pitched wine if you come close to the edge. (level 3)
It helps when trying to navigate The Maze

Hint: A lot of mechanical mice have two rollers inside that you can use to move the mouse in a straight horizontal or vertical line if you pull the ball out. Sort of like an etch-a-sketch.
