I would expect no less from a devotee of the Bush/Cheney " talk tough and let others fight" cult.
I'm 56 years old and I can still beat you like I own you. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Oh I forgot you came from a shining page of American Military history. The lets get stoned and wander Southeast Asia aimlessly, you must have been Purple Heart boat buddies with John Fairy and his pink heart pansy brigade.

Don't get me started Pops.

Disclaimer this statement does not apply to all Viet Nam vets just WALC and John Kerry

Are you back to claiming you were a Marine? http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif
I thought the " war games " kids zapped you.
BTW, John Kerry has a Silver Star and 3 Purple Hearts. That trumps the whole Bush/Cheney Regime; not to mention you.
Point of information, Rambo, US Forces in Vietnam never lost a major battle. Your comment, about " a shining page of American Military history ", is beneath contempt.

Are you or were you trying to steal my identity??

Fraud is Illegal!

Just matching the contempt you displayed for your country, your leaders and the men and women presently serving our country.

Please understand right where the point is that this deteriorated once again. Right at your posts. I have and give full respect to any and all veterans, battle-hardened or not. But you simply shame the Eagle, Globe and Anchor.

FYI, the first major engagement for the US in Vietnam was a failure. The battle at Ia Drang is reported to be a draw, is liked to be considered a win because more of theirs were killed than ours. But our objectives were not achieved, we lost the ground and withdrew due to the second part of the engagement, which is not shown in the movie.

Walcy, how the hell can you hang your hat on Kerry's medals. He never laid a single minute in a bed for one of those Purple Hearts. He experienced cuts and bruises and was given the medals for it.

He got the Silver Star for shooting a baddie to save his own life and the life of his mates, which is what you expect. He didn't do anything extraordinary.

I mean, read HIS accounts of what happened and see if it is in the same ballpark as others that truly earned those medals. He was requesting shiny things to put on his chest for his future political career, it's that simple.

It's funny/sad to me that you are still angry about Kerry losing. Is it "seared into [your] memory"? Daddy got him a safe assignment, and he came home with some medals his daddy got for him after a few months. Other vets who knew him said that it was clear that he was doing it for his own political career, not his country. It's fun to watch people like you continue to support losing liberal candidates and then maintain a debilitating sense of anger for years. Who are you going to be angry about losing in '08? Edwards? Hillary? Gore again? Kerry again?

Holy Shiat, Walc gets owned so often he might be re-classified as an indentured elcova member.

How does it feel to be owned??
