I have something similar.

I have a Tough Country (http://www.toughcountry.com/) Front End Replacement with a winch basket. My winch is a 10,500 pound Mile Marker Hydraulic (http://www.4wheelparts.com/product2.asp?imseqn=1119&occlass=MILE&cat=WIN).
