Earlier this week a Ford Windstar MiniVan decided to make a Georgia Turn (a right turn from the left lane).

Well we were head and to head when he did this, I couldn't go right as parked autos were there, stood on the brakes as he turned into me.

Lets see, his right front quarter panel has a BIG BIG BO-BO (approx $1200), He was charged in the incident.

OH, ALMOST FORGOT...

After I rubbed his pinstriping off my bumper I had Z-E-R-O damage...

LONG LIVE THE HUMMER (H-3)

Ducky,

Glad your H3 is alright. I had a guy almost do the same thing to me three days after getting it. I was also doing about 70 down the highway the other day, cruising along with traffic when I look in the rear view mirror. Now who should I see tailgating me but the same f*&%ing idiot that rear ended me in my old SUV 2 weeks ago in the same area. If the H3 was not brand new I might had done a brake check right about then. Some people will never learn. I did get a good laugh though as I was getting off at the next exit and as he passed by I could see his hood and front end were still all screwed up from the last time http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

SORRY I have NO PIXS as it was the one of the few times I didn't have a camera with me.

Funny thing is his pinstriping rubbed off my bumper in about 3 seconds but his right front quarter repair should take about 5 business days to repair (as well as traffic school) and we couldn't have been going more then 20mph at the time...

Well, I would have been one to bet that your elderly mother would have wrecked her H3 first.

Them's the rules....

Glad to hear everyone was fine and safe... but that's one of the reasons you bought the H3 isn't it?!?!?

And them rules are meant to be broken...

Yea H3 safety in a collision with the average car is pretty much guaranteed.
