Dang. That's quite a selection http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif. I'm not sure what kind of poison but if it's cyanide or something lethal, I'd pick "C" cuz I'll die happy. If it's something in the garage, say, windshield fluid or antifreeze...I'll call 911 since it happened at home. If you took too much "C" and then took some of your wife's cardiac medications by mistake thinking they were M&M's well... maybe "A" but that would just make people like me shake our heads in disbelief cause you took medical advice from a "Hummer Forum" http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
Now, if you want to plan ahead before you go off-roading and found out that your toddler just went off on his own and came back with his mouth full of some poisonous leaves and he starts looking real sweaty and red and you are way far from help...I'd crush some charcoal (you brought charcoal, didn't you?) and mixed it into a slurry with juice or soda and feed it to him (he'll take it, he just ate some leaves without batting an eyelid http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif).

Drink 10 glasses of water, jump around for 2-3 minutes and then induce vomitting.
Yeah, but if the guy's/gal's vomit hits you in the face then you're back to square one...
I like the "turn'em into a vampire idea" though.

Answer is supposedly A). You burn toast until you can burn it no more. It supposedly acts as a weak form of activated charcoal. I have no idea about the tea and chalk.
DO NOT USE CHARCOAL BRIQUETTES (used for the B-B-Q). This can be more harmful that whatever was swallowed to begin with and some of the ingredients can mix with some poisons and make matters worse since there is nothing "pure" about it.
You can buy some activated charcoal in powdered form at healthfood stores. (side note - even if poison isn't a concern, certain virginians can use it for their flatulance problems.) http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

You got a point there. On the other hand, burnt toast as a source for charcoal? That's alot of bread you gotta toast http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Take a look at the ingredients for briquettes (http://new.cbbqa.com/wood/Kingsford.html)...hmmm...not bad except maybe the Borax http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

It also said that the impurities in a charcoal brick were not worth the risk to use it, even to attempt to make a simple water filter.
