Today, my wife and I saw President Bush, in Cambridge, Maryland.
We were standing, within 10 feet, as his motorcade drove past. He was waving to everyone.
I have not been a Marine, for 37 years. However, my instinctive reaction was to salute the President of my Country.
I have never liked President Bush; but, when all is said and done, he is the President of my Country.
