rust?

i'm getting some rust on the trailer hitch and such... whats the best thing to do? is there a spray or something (lube/grease) that should go on to protect it from getting any worse?

I've tried a whole number of different things to fight rust on my H2. Settled on Rustoleum Rust Convertor, followed by any decent paint. Seems to work well and reduce the amount of recurring rust.Say hi to Mickey.:D
