That's fast, an average reload is around 1.5-2.0 seconds. Quite a few people can get it under 1 second in USPSA. I've seen Benny Hill, not the comedian, a local USPSA GM, draw, fire a round, reload and fire another round in less than 1.5 seconds, apparently he's done it in close to 1 second a few times.
