It's a technology demonstrator. International is trying to market the base vehicle to the military. MXT-MV (http://www.internationaldelivers.com/site_layout/militarybusiness/Intl_MXT_MV.asp)

I don't think they'll have much success. It's to big and heavy to replace the Hummvee and to small to replace the 2 1/2 ton LMTVs.
