Here's my pictures and video from the homecoming last week. I got pictures of H2 Rocks and hmcoleap (I think). I only met H2 Rocks. I missed Aubs, HummerLite, OldHiker, and anyone else who was there.

I'm a wheeling noob, so there's nothing radical there. These trails were a great introduction for someone like me.

I was alone and our woods trail groups never really stopped for very long, so nearly all my pictures on the trail are from the driver's seat. The videos were all done holding the camera in my hand while driving, so don't get dizzy.

I'm also a video noob. I have no interest (or time) to do any editing and mix in music. It's all pretty raw.

BTW, there are some cool pictures of a body-less H2 that give you a good idea of how everything is arranged on the chassis.

Ok, the videos aren't working.:( How so? You on a mac? I had some problems on my mac viewing them too. I'm running the flip4mac WM components (http://www.flip4mac.com/) to play wmv's in quicktime since I don't have a copy of Media Player for the Mac. I'm browsing with Firefox. If I click the download links nothing happens even though firefox is setup to launch quicktime for these filetypes.

But, if I download first then open, they work. You seem to have to be a brain surgeon to get it work for everyone.

On window's boxes, it seems to work okay.

Drty, go download "FireFox" for the Mac. You'll also need to download the flip4mac plug in but when you 1st click on one of his videos it will take you to the plug-in page. after that it streams wmv's just fine in the browser.

Yep, that's my rig you got in the picture - sorry I didn't get to meet you!

Funny thing is that we hung out with Aubrey almost the whole week - he was staying at the same hotel so we met him in the parking lot the first night we were there. It didn't occur to me that he was "Aubs" from this forum until the event was over...

I doubt I'll be able to do a Paragon trip this summer. I'm building a house, moving, and overworking myself...oh and have a little 2 year old and a wife that works more than me. So you probably won't see me in PA until next spring at the earliest. I'm definitely going to try to do one of the Moab 2007 trips.

The HUMMER Club now has some pictures from the event (actually they're taken by Milt Hawes here (http://milthawes.com/homecoming/)). They got some of OldHiker on one of the woods trails.
