Hey rates, maybe next trip! I'm slammed for the next two days, flying out on Weds afternoon.

I'll be back though, hopefully when it's a little hotter.

Well...... It's another 100 degrees, mow the lawn short, type of day here is Texas.

On a really hot day people in Africa must say "Man, it's 'texas hot' today".

I went to the garage to start prepping a bookshelf for the youngster and started to sweat after just a couple of minutes.

F-that. I came back inside.;)

F-that. I came back inside.;)When we build, I'm thinking the garage is going to get one "bay" that is enclosed and insulated. Everything on my truck is going to rust because all of the sweat dripping on everything.

High ceiling so I can put in a 2 post lift, etc.

It's 175 in the shade today. But seriously, the good thing is that it's supposed to cool down to 172 tonight. Wow, I think I might move to Texas.

My wife and I frequent the Arlington location. Ft. Worth PKS is new!

That place is crowded, packed for a Tuesday night.

What I don't get are all the outside bars here in downtown. Who wants to sit outside in 90+ degree heat in the evening? Ken won't even walk into his garage in that kind of heat.

Well.....it's nice and cool today. Only 140 degrees out, and heat index is only going to reach 212 today. Sorry to be leaving so soon.
