Just waite BIG Brother is comming.
I haven't slept very well since the incident know that that kind of crap exists near me.
Once, when on a trip in San Jose, I drove up into the hills. As I entered one of the parks (in my rental vehicle), I spotted a tarantula in the middle of the road. As I drove over it, I imagined it jumping up onto the car's underside and hitching a ride back to my hotel and terrorizing me like in a B horror flick.
I hate spiders badly.
If you want to get rid of the spiders try some Demon WP. Paragon suggested it and since using it, I haven't seen any nasty biters.
Will do. We get a lot of other nuisance bugs like japanese beetles (they look like lady bugs but bite pretty hard) too that it'll probably help with.
I'm glad I don't live in Texas.
I don't like spiders. They make me skeeerred!!!!
My best buddy and I used a tried and tested technique perfected by assault teams in law enforcement and armed forces around the world.
We disoriented and crippled the subject from afar (e.g. flash bang, tear gas grenade) by stomping loudly on the deck and then shooting it with some teratogenic bug killer spray. Then only once it should clear signs of near complete debilitation, did we bother to approach closer than 6 feet and smush it with a long 2x4. :D
I am a skeered-of-spiders-sissy.

I agree, they are very tasty too. Slow cook over the grill and spice with pepper and Cajun spice. Ummmm good....
Or, roll in spices and flour, deep fry and you have spider poppers.

Okay, I'm having a really bad spider week. His (above) cousin came to get me today. Anyone care to tell me what this, also large, spider was?

I HATE SPIDERS    x 80QUADRILLION!
Looks a lot like the "Black and Yellow Argiopes" aka "St. Andrews Cross" spider: http://www.spiderzrule.com/stand.htm
Apparently pretty harmless. But still scary to me.
WE call them garden spiders. Then I kill them.
I HATE spiders. Long story as to why, but maybe one day I'll post it up.

I'm glad I don't live in Texas. I lived off a bayou in Texas for a year. OG, everything crawled out of that bayou and they were HUGE versions of anything normal sized.

Now, if you see one of these hanging around...be careful:
http://www.amonline.net.au/factsheets/images/funnelweb2.jpg Sydney Funnel Spider
or,

Brazilian Wandering Spider
The Sydney Funnel Spider, often quoted as being the spider with the most dangerous venom. While the Brazilian Wandering Spider, is extremely fast, extremely venomous, and extremely aggressive. These large and dangerous true spiders are ranked among the most venomous spiders known to man.
Happy dreams...:D
WE call them garden spiders.
I have confirmation that from a "specialist" that it's an argiopes. Almost completely harmless.
Then I kill them.
As do I. It didn't last long after I took the picture.

I'm looking forward to it. I hope it has nothing about them hatching in doors. I've got one of those stories :mad::eek::mad::eek:

These photos document an attack, taken by unmanned drone, of the Giant Black Jeepus Antihummeris Arachnid. As you can see, the Jeepus Antihummeris attacked an unsuspecting H3 owner, but the H3 owner was able to overcome this dangerous attack, and put the Jeepus Antihummeris in its rightful place?under the Hummer.

That's a real H3....:D
(Mine shoots around ok, but the front end does sit a lot lower than the rear H3, or else the tires are 37s:D )
