Isn't it supposed to be easy to remove, hair should remain intact.

No, "easy" to remove is not quite it's function. "No residue" (when removed from glass surfaces) is more accurate.
Hence, if the window breaks, the aggressive acrylic adhesive will hold the pieces up, while the ultra strong backing limits house envelope penetration, hence limiting damages caused by wind and water (-- i.e. "shatter-protection").
On the other hand if you're among the majority who takes precautions but are actually spared from any (serious) hurricane damages, the "no residue" benefit will be a god-sent when clean-up begins ;).

Isn't it supposed to be easy to remove, hair should remain intact.in my experience (with the no. 8 :giggling: ) it's easy to remove from vehicles, windows, dining chairs, bedposts, roofing material, mailbox posts, concrete mix and the like but has super adhesion properties where hair is concerned.
